The book is in two parts: Heads and Myths. In the first part, Heads, an exploration of the human condition through drawings of the human head and the many changes they go through in Lambert’s search for the identity of each. Many emotions and feelings are uncovered in a long process using a collaging technique, which she has developed over the years, until the final image is revealed. In the second part, Myths, the artist explores imaginary landscapes through drawings and monotypes, where mythological figures sometimes emerge through her searching processes.
